Australia’s only defeat defending a 150-plus score in the Women’s T20 World Cup came in the semi-final of the 2009 edition against England at The Oval.

India’s highest successful run-chase in Women’s T20 WC is 150 against Pakistan at Centurion last year. The highest they have chased in a Women’s T20I ever is 174 against Australia in Melbourne in 2020.
Radha Yadav: (On her last-minute inclusion in the playing XI) I think I got to know last minute but actually I was ready, our job is to be ready. (On the first catch she took) Honestly, I was pretty zoned out but after the catch, I felt I’m in now. The slower ones are spinning a bit and when you bowl into the pitch, it’s difficult for the batters, otherwise it’s coming onto the bat nicely. (On the crowd support) Thanks to them for coming out in numbers and we enjoyed. We have to take it ball-by-ball and chase it down.
19:42 Local Time, 15:42 GMT, 21:12 IST: Australia have given India a stiff target. 151 on this Sharjah wicket is probably worth 175 at Dubai.
