The session was mainly about the Sri Lankan spinners and they battled gamely. There's enough assistance from the pitch, but the lengths haven't been consistent enough. And when they've been consistent, they have troubled the batters. Kane Williamson ran past a beauty, Tom Latham was pinned in the crease and Daryl Mitchell was pinned in the crease. Rachin Ravindra has fought bravely, but he'll need support from Tom Blundell, who has started positively.
