Welcome back.
12:26 Local Time, 06:56 GMT, 12:26 IST: On a cloudy morning, Tim Southee found some nice early swing to get Nissanka out in the very first over. Will O’Rourke also started with promise as he found the edge of Karunaratne, but he was dropped at first slip. The southpaw got another life shortly after as a stumping chance was missed. Ajaz Patel bowled some testing deliveries and beat the bat on several occasions, but couldn’t find any success. Sri Lanka lost an early wicket but Chandimal and Karunaratne resurrected well to stick a partnership of a 100 runs. Chandimal played a few flashy drives to get to his fifty with a good strike rate, while Karunaratne blunted out the ball in this morning session. Sri Lanka have made a good start here, back in 40 minutes…
