Nearly set for action. Umpire Kettleborough calls play but Young isn't quite happy with the sight screen. Two slips to start
Pitch report: "There is a little bit of wind around, and I don't think there will be rain. 72 metres down the ground. 59 metres on one side and 67 metres on the other side. There is a nice even covering of grass, but it is quite thin. Quite often it swings in Hamilton, and there will be some help for the fast bowlers," reckon Katey Martin and Craig McMillan.

Sri Lanka have won the toss and have opted to field
Janith Liyanage: Wellington was really cold, the weather here is much better and looking forward to playing here. We were 25/4 in that game, we wanted to try to get to 250 and tried to build a partnership. I played a bad shot and couldn't get going. Credit goes to NZ, the way they were bowling throughout the series. In Sri Lanka it spins a lot, but here there's more pace and bounce, but we are professional cricketers are looking forward to have a good game today.
