That's it from this game. Now that the top four are locked the fight for the top two will continue. Table-toppers Royals and Kings will do a rematch in a few hours from now. It's going to be fun. Joins us on the ride. Good night!
Tahir: I just wanted to be grateful to Guyana for giving me the opportunity to play for the team. It's a good milestone and pleased (100 CPL wickets). We knew it was going to be difficult. We wanted a better powerplay. It's quite tough for the batters. Moeen played really well and that one over changed the game. We knew 135-40 we can defend as a bowling unit. The support we get here from the people, it's sold out always. I have been very lucky to be part of this franchise. Just want to thank our supporters and we love playing here. He (Motie) took a really good catch. Hassan is very dangerous because he can play spin well. Great catch from Motie.
Green: It was a pity for us. Wanted to finish on a high and also keep our slim chances away. Pleased with the bowling effort. That over where Moeen took 26 was the difference. If that over had gone for 10 odd it could have been under-par. Full credit to their spinners for bowling well and containing. Good challenge to lead the team this season. Unfortunately lost the first couple of games really close. The reflection can be should have, could have, would have. Greaves, Springer etc are the positives for us as a team this season.
Moeen Ali | PoTM: I think with the bat I found it really tough but I had no choice but to take on Imad with the match-up
22:23 Local Time, 02:23 GMT, 07:53 IST: The defending champs have qualified for the play-offs and knocked the Falcons out. This win also ensures the Knight Riders are through as well
