That ends things from the CPL for now. We will be back with more soon. Do join us then. For now, it's bye bye from here.
Faf du Plessis | Kings' captain: [on the pitch] It was the best today, we were expecting it to be the worst when we lost the toss, the plan was to get to 130 and then get that big over. We did really well to get 160. Very happy with that score, extremely proud of the way we went with the ball. They were 70 or 80 after 8 overs and just two wickets and the way we squeezed after that, very proud of that. We wanted to limit the damage in the powerplay, quite a few boundaries hit with the wind on one side. It was great to keep getting wickets from our perspective and it was awesome from our bowlers. It has been incredible, especially for Ackeem, it's unfair on young players where you can play them 5 games in a row and then chuck them out, but real progress happens when you play a full season. [on Ackeem] Looks like a proper player of spin, made a joke earlier that he should be in the Test team going into the subcontinent. T20 cricket he will keep going and in the long format he looks a proper player.
Rovman Powell | Royals' captain: Think it's a case of too many runs. We gave up 60 runs in the last 4 overs, on a wicket like that, it is totally unacceptable. But these things happen in the game and we need to correct them. We knew powerplay was the way to go, once the ball gets soft, it gets tougher against the spinners, especially quality spinners. We faltered. Rak [Cornwall] couldn't open because of a knee issue and he was off the field and it's good to see Kadeem make full use of the opportunity. It's about us keep on improving, we have played two games here on a dry wicket, we know how it will play and it will give us additional confidence for the game on Wednesday. It's a big game for us and for Guyana.
Johnson Charles | Player of the Match: We played yesterday and we saw how it played, it was very slow and it turned a bit. The plan was to hang around and capitalise when it was your matchup. [on the switch-hit] It was something I had to put into my game, no secret that the left-armers were causing me problems. It is not perfect but I will keep adding stuff to my game. To be honest, I'm at the point of my career, where it is about experience taking over, on these sort of wickets it is about absorbing pressure and then taking it from there.
13:36 Local Time, 17:36 GMT, 23:06 IST: The Kings have done the double over the Royals in consecutive days.
